Get a copy of your data, or delete it
On Data & privacy you can ask for a copy of your data, or delete your account. Deletion becomes permanent after 30 days.
Steps
Step 1: Open Manage account, then Data & privacy.
On your computerStep 2: To get a copy, press Request a copy of your data. We send it to the email on your account.
Step 3: To delete, press Delete my account…, read the list of what it removes, type DELETE and press Delete my account.
It removes your account, every game and activity you made, and every report tied to them. A paid plan is cancelled at the end of the period.
Step 4: You are signed out. Sign back in within 30 days, or press Cancel deletion, to keep your account.
Common questions
Can I undo deleting my account?
For 30 days, yes. Sign back in, or press Cancel deletion. After that the deletion is permanent.
Will deleting my account stop my payments?
It cancels a paid plan at the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
