Forgot your password
Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page, type your email, open the link Cazuz emails you and choose a new password.
Steps
Step 1: On the sign-in page, press Forgot password? under the Sign in button.
On your computerStep 2: Type your email and press Send reset link →.
The page says "If an account exists for" your email, so use the one you signed up with.
Step 3: Open the email from Cazuz and press the link in it.
No email? Look in your spam folder.
Step 4: Type your new password twice and press Update password →.
A password needs at least 8 characters and one number.
Step 5: Go back to the sign-in page and sign in with the new password.
Common questions
I signed up with Google or Microsoft. Do I have a password?
Not unless you added one. Use Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft to sign in. To add a password, open your account, then Security, then Set a password.
The reset email never arrives. What should I do?
Check your spam folder, and check the address is the one on your account. Cazuz shows the same message either way, so a typo in the address looks like success.
