AI credits: Light, Normal, Max, and what's left
Credits are a monthly allowance: 3 on Free, 30 on Pro, 100 on Complete. They return on the 1st. A lesson costs 1 to 3.
Steps
Step 1: See what is left. The AI panels show "N of M AI credits left this month".
The same count is on your account page, under your plan.
On your computerStep 2: Know the price. A whole lesson costs 1 (Light), 2 (Normal) or 3 (Max). A spot costs 1 for every 10 slides it reads.
A topic or a worksheet costs 1 credit.
Step 3: Failed runs are free. A run that fails gives its credit back.
Cancelling a run saves nothing.
Step 4: When they run out, wait for the 1st or upgrade. Writing questions yourself never uses a credit.
Common questions
When do my credits come back?
On the 1st of each month. The credits pill says so when you point at it.
Is there a limit per hour as well?
Yes. It is 3 an hour on Free, 25 on Pro and 50 on Complete. If you reach it, wait a little and try again.
