Out of AI credits
AI credits come back on the 1st of each month: 3 on Free, 30 on Pro, 100 on Complete. Writing questions yourself never uses one.
Try these, in order
Step 1: Check how many you have left. Every AI panel shows "N of M AI credits left this month".
The same count is on your account page, under your plan.
On your computerStep 2: Spend fewer per run. Light costs 1, Normal 2 and Max 3. Generate questions costs 1 credit for every 10 slides it reads, and a topic or a worksheet costs 1.
A run that fails is not charged.
Step 3: Wait for the 1st, when your credits return, or move up a plan from Upgrade.
Pro has 100 credits and Complete 300. On Complete there is nothing higher, so wait for the 1st.
Step 4: In the meantime, write questions by hand. Add a question from the + between your slides.
A school teacher shares the school's credits. Ask your School Admin if they run out.

When exactly do credits come back?
On the 1st of each month. Cazuz says so on the credits pill: "They come back on the 1st".
What does "a lot of AI in one hour" mean?
There is also a short limit per hour, 3 on Free, 10 on Pro and 20 on Complete. Wait a little and try again. Upgrading does not lift it.
