AI didn't make my questions

Read the message under Write, then try again. A failed run costs no credit. Usually it was a busy moment or slides with nothing to ask about.

Try these, in order

  1. Step 1: Read the message. It says what went wrong, and ends with "This one didn't use a credit" when your credit was given back.

Examples: "The AI is very busy right now", "The AI took too long to answer" or "Couldn't reach Cazuz".

    On your computer
  2. Step 2: If it was busy or took too long, wait a minute and press Write questions again.

A slow connection can also cause this. Check the Wi-Fi.

  3. Step 3: If it says there is nothing to write about, add a slide with text or a picture, or pick a range that has one.

Slides with no typed text need Read the pictures on my slides. It turns on by itself when no slide has saved text.

  4. Step 4: If it says the AI "couldn't write usable questions", try fewer slides, a more specific topic, or a different set of question kinds.

For a worksheet, a shorter file helps.

  5. Step 5: If nothing works, write the question yourself. Adding questions by hand never uses a credit.

The message "That's a lot of AI in one hour" means you hit the hourly limit. Wait a little and try again.

Common questions

Did a failed run cost me credits?

No. When the AI fails, Cazuz gives the credit back and says so in the message. If you press Cancel, nothing is saved.

Why did it say my lesson is full?

A lesson holds a set number of slides, 30 on Free and 80 on Pro and Complete, and AI questions are slides too. Remove a slide, or ask for fewer questions.
