"Room is full"

Your plan sets the room size: a lesson holds 25 on Free, 50 on Pro and 150 on Complete. Remove students who left, or upgrade.

Try these, in order

  1. Step 1: Read the banner on your board. It says This lesson is full (or This game is full) when a student is turned away.

A student who is turned away sees "This lesson is full, ask your teacher".

    On your computer
  2. Step 2: Look at the room size for your plan. A lesson holds 25 on Free, 50 on Pro and 150 on Complete. A game holds 30, 100 or 300.

The size follows the plan of the teacher who is hosting.

  3. Step 3: Make room by removing a student who has left or is not in your class. Press their name under Students joined, then Remove.

A student whose connection dropped keeps a seat for a short while, so it can take a minute to free up.

  4. Step 4: Or press See plans on the banner to move up. It opens in a new tab so your lesson keeps running.

On Complete there is no bigger room. A school teacher asks their School Admin instead.

Common questions

Does a student who left still count?

For a short time, yes. The room holds a seat for a student who drops off, so a Wi-Fi blip never costs them their place. Removing them frees the seat at once.

Who decides how many students fit?

The plan of the teacher who is hosting. Students cannot change it, and the limit applies to every student who tries to join.
