1. Who charges you
Paid plans are sold through our reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), the merchant of record for every Cazuz purchase. Paddle takes the payment, applies the correct tax for your country, and issues the receipt. Cazuz never sees or stores your card number.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you buy Pro or Complete for the first time and decide within 14 days that it is not for you, ask for a refund and you will get the full amount back. This applies to your first monthly or yearly purchase only.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel from your Plan & billing page at any time, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the Free plan.
Nothing is deleted when you return to Free. Every activity you made stays and can still be hosted and edited. The Free plan limits apply to what you create from then on, and reports older than 30 days are hidden until you upgrade again.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period so your classes are never interrupted. Paddle emails a receipt for every renewal. Once a renewal period has started it is not refunded, except as required by consumer law in your country — if you think a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we will look at it fairly.
5. How to ask for a refund
Use the billing contact form, or email support@cazuz.net, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Tell us the email on your account. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. School licences
School plans are invoiced under a separate agreement, which sets out its own cancellation and refund terms.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law of the country you live in.
